En una entrevista ofrecida por Tim para el portal Beatportal , tim asegura que posee el visto bueno de The Shamen (no matiza si de Richard o Colin) para este trabajo, lo cual nos congratula. Lo extraño de todo es que el comenta el envio de copias de este trabajo a Tahití donde parecen residir.... lo cual no deja de ser algo pintoresco porque existen indicios de la presencia a día de hoy de Colin entre Brighton Londres - de nuevo - y Richard en Los Ángeles:

It was about time that the great vocals and synths from the original got a 2010 re-work. So I go Marc Adamo in to re-create the early 90s sound and then we did our own Brighton Bass version. Getting their approval involved sending real copies to Tahiti (no joke), as that’s where they’re based, and they’re not on email.
... aunque es posible que Colin y su pareja hubieran estado residiendo algún tiempo allí durante el pasado año... quien sabe !
